50g Protein Challenge
How to do the challenge:
- Eat 50g of protein for breakfast every day for 50 days
- Take a photo of your breakfast for accountability. Use the tag #50gramsbefore10 if sharing on social media
- Submit your Challenge log below and be entered to win a prize package including protein from Transparent Labs and other FBB goodies! (If completed before April 12, 2024)
Why 50 Grams
Hitting your protein is one of the simplest levers to pull to build or maintain muscle. And the more lean muscle you have, the more calories you can burn at rest.
Muscle is also what shapes your body; even if you’re trying to lose weight, muscle creates a toned, defined look. And retaining muscle mass is key to longevity too.
Protein not only builds muscle; it keeps you feeling full and satisfied, helping to reduce cravings and keep your energy even throughout the day.
Most people do not eat enough protein, period. Getting a big dose early in the day will give you a head start before decision fatigue creeps in. You’ll also combat hunger and cravings later in the day.
How It Works
You can start the challenge any time – but we’ll have a prize package drawing for those who begin on Monday, February 12. At the end of the 50 days, return to this page and you’ll find a place to submit your challenge log to be entered.
